How to Log In:
New Users:
If you are using the service for the first time, you need to request a temporary password, which will be sent to the e-mail address that you previously registered with your dental office. Otherwise, the service will not be available to you. Complete two out of the four fileds provided on the bottom part of the screen and click on Request Password. You will receive an e-mail with the temporary password, which can be used to log in to this site for a maximum of three (3) hours. Once you log in you may change your temporary password for a permanent one by visitng the Change Password section under My Account.
Returning Users:
If you have previously used the service, you should use your permanent password to log in. If you forgot your password, you must enter your name, last name and at least two of the four fileds above the password reminder option. The password will be sent to you by e-mail. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you change your password after using the password reminder option.
