Patient Login Instructions
First Time Users:
Request your temporary password by filling in 2 out of the 4 fields on the bottom of this screen and clicking on Request Password. You will receive an email containing your temporary password at the email address you have registered with your dental office. You must log in and change your password to a permanent one within 3 hours or you will have to complete the entire process again. To change your password, select Change Password under the My Account tab.
Returning Users:
Use your permanent password to log in. If you forget your password, enter your first name, last name and fill in at least 2 of the 4 fields above the password reminder option. Your password will be sent to the email address you have registered with your dental office. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you change your password after using the password reminder option.
